MY COMMUNITY MY CHOICE (MCMC) is an adult day program for individuals 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are regional center clients. We offer a welcoming, community-based environment where participants build skills, form relationships, and engage meaningfully with the people and places around them.
In other words, we meet each participant where they are and build support around their strengths, needs, and goals.

Our goals are to:

• Promote full community inclusion
• Enhance self-advocacy and independence
• Support socialization and relationship-building
• Encourage lifelong learning and personal development
• Foster autonomy and personal empowerment
