About
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TEAMS I, II, AND III ( BHST I, II, & III) provides recovery oriented outpatient mental health services to adults 18 years and older with severe mental illness. The program is a Full-Service Partnership (FSP), utilizing the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Model. BHST provides wrap around services which includes comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation, case management services, and medication services, to help the individual needs across life domains. The mission of the program is the Recovery Model so that individuals can attain their recovery goals, while supporting them in the least restrictive way possible, and helping them to be successful in the community.
