About

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TEAM (BHST) is a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program that provides comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation, case management services, and medication services for adults of 18 years of age and older with severe mental illness who may also have a co-occurring substance use disorder. BHST utilizes the Stanislaus County Core Treatment Model (CTM) at all three levels of care (ACT, ICS, and Wellness), providing wraparound services that help meet the individual’s needs across all life domains. The mission of the program is the Recovery Model, which aims to support individuals in realizing their recovery goals, while supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and helping them to be successful in the community.
