REGIONAL SUPPORT TEAM (RST) is a community-based outpatient mental health clinic with the goal to provide our clients directed and culturally-appropriate recovery-based mental health services. Our mission is to provide integrated and cost-effective mental health services, as well as linkage to employment and housing services for adults and promote recovery, independence and self-sufficiency.

RST is open to adults residing in the Northwest area of Sacramento County who meet the Sacramento County’s eligibility criteria of having a chronic and persistent mental health diagnosis. For referrals, call the Sacramento County Access Team at (916) 875-1055.

This program is funded by the Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services through the voter-approved Proposition 63, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)
