Free To Choose (FTC) Program
(Yolo County)

About

FREE TO CHOOSE (FTC) is an adult (18+) outpatient substance abuse treatment program that provides harm-reduction services through a wellness and recovery model for individuals with both psychiatric disabilities and substance abuse. The program is an alternative to abstinence-only based programs. FTC allows substance abuse to be framed as a behavioral and safety hazard, rather than judged as a moral issue, which helps to improve the quality of life for individuals seeking support.
