TSS programs provide community support services to 235 adults challenged with co-occurring psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities. 

Transitional Support Services include: case management; skills development; psychiatry; nursing; counseling; recreational opportunities; 24 hour drop-in availability and 24 hour crisis intervention. 

Service coordinators provide assistance in all aspects of living and achieving access to community resources.  Therapy, housing support, advocacy, medication support and monitoring, vocational training are provided.
