Regional Support Team (RST) is a community based, outpatient mental health clinic that serves more than 2,000 chronically and persistently mentally disabled adults of all nationalities. 

RST provides:

  • Coordinated Case Management
  • Individual Group Therapy
  • Dual Diagnosis/Substance Abuse Services
  • Housing & Vocational Support
  • Self Help and Peer Support groups
  • Supportive counseling
  • Support with Family Issues
  • SSI & Medi-cal Advocacy
  • Housing Advocacy and Placement
  • Home Visitation and Community Outreach
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Psycho educational groups
  • Intensive Outreach Team

Multi-disciplinary treatment planning teams are comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, case managers and substance abuse specialists.  These teams meet weekly to discuss treatment issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

RST also works in collaboration with Asian Pacific Community Counseling to ensure that services provided are culturally appropriate and diverse for our many Eastern European, Asian, and Pacific Islander clients.
